On Thursday, January 30th a mother and 8 children die in a burning house. Investigators reported the reason for the fire was, "an electric heater, ignited some nearby combustibles." Only 2 survived the fire which were the father Chad Watson and an 11 year old girl. Both in critical and stable condition. Later on hundreds of people posted messages to the band thanking them and telling them how grateful they were.
What do you think made them do this for the families? If you had the money and knew about this situation would you have done the same as the band?

In your summary, you don't explain what the band Perry did. You also did not reply to anyone's comments.
I think the people in this band, are really good people. I would totally do this for a family. Having your house burned down cant be easy.
What they did was amazing. It sure was nice of them to reach out to a family in need. If I had the money I would help the best I could.
This is a great story. Not only because they're famous but because it shows the kindness in people. What a generous thing to do.
This is why country music is awesome I love that The Band Perry paid for the funeral, considering that one funeral is expensive but nine all together to pay for would have been extremely expensive.
I heard about this the other day that is really polite of them for doing that. It's not everyday people do that kind of stuff for other people. I think that they felt bad for the remaining two people alive and knew that they probably wouldn't be able to pay for the funeral cost of the other 6. It also just goes to show that there are good people out there.
This is really kind of them to do. The family probably wouldn't have been able to pay for the funerals without their help. It makes me feel good, and that there is still kindness in the world.
just goes to show why country music is the way to go, some of the best people in the Country are Country artists. I would have also payed for the costs of the medical expenses of the dad and the other daughter.
