On Saturday 1/3/15 in San Diego a 3 week old baby was found dead behind a Strip Mall Dumpster. 3 week old Eliza Delacruz was found in a dumpster behind a strip mall. She was abducted from her home. the abductor broke into her families house over the weekend and shot her mother, father, and uncle. Two of the three people who were shot are in critical conditions the other one was treated and later released. Authorities don't know why the child was abducted and then later killed.

I was shocked reading this and it is really sad. My opinion for why the kidnapper would have done this is because some people have rough lives and go down the wrong path. He might of panicked and after killed the family he througyhy the baby away because the abducter was scared and maybe didn't know what to do with the baby. I dont understand why he or she would even do that though no matter how bad their lives are. It is conufsing to me that the baby would be abducted and then killed. If this would have happened to my family or some one I know I would be devastated. I hope whoever did this will get caught and punished.
I agree with Daytona I think he was scared and didn't know what to do. I also don't get why he would do something like that. There was obviously something wrong with him.

I believe that the kidnapper had to have some kind of problem that made him shoot at an entire family and kidnap an infant. That kidnapper took an infants life that she was just beginning. I don't understand how people in our world could even do such a terrible thing.
I believe that anyone who kidnaps kids or even kills people for revenge have serious mental problems. I can't imagine having to bury my own child, let alone know that someone out there tried to kill them. Some people don't realize what they have until it's taken away from them.
I think the kidnapper probably had some sort of mental disorder to do such a thing. I would be heartbroken if that would have happened to someone i know. It would be traumatic.
I either think that the kidnapper had something with this family, and he wanted to get back at them. Also, or he was just like crazy and that is what he did, he wanted the child and did not want anything to do with the family. If anything like this would happen to my family I would be so devastated, I honestly do not know what I would do. I do not know how the family is going to do this, but it would be so hard to deal with.

I think the kidnapper choose to kidnap this specific child for some reason. Why would you shot people to take the baby and then eventually kill it?
