On April 20, 2018, DJ Avicii committed suicide and the family is now leaking some details for the fans. The family of Avicii released his life story and obstacles he struggled with. Avicii was one of the world's most successful DJs and a big name in the musical genre known as electronic dance music. He was an inspiration to many people. His death was not planned and it was a surprise to everyone but the family. The family knew he had issues with life. He didn't see the full meaning of life, love, or relationships. He struggled with many mental disabilities such as depression, anxiety, etc. Creating music was one thing that kept him happy. Avicii also left a note to the people that stated: "The decision I made might seem odd to some but everyone is different and for me, this was the right one."

I think they were waiting to release the information on this death because they needed time to grieve or they were embarrassed about how his death occurred.
2. Would you have tried to get him help if you knew everything going on in his life if you were related to him? Explain.
Yes, I absolutely would have gotten him help. Depression is nothing to take easy because you don't know what people are capable of or what they would do if the disease got too strong.

The family probably wasn't ready to release this information. Everybody needs time to mourn, even his fans, so I think they waited for everyone to recover from the death before they released the information.
I definitely would have tried to get him help. It is hard to be in a situation like this, and I know that the right thing to do is get help.
1I totally respect that decision , it’s not easy to lose a child and is even harder to lose one due suicide so I don’t know what my choice would have been , i just understand why it took so long for them to released it.
2 Totally if I had the opportunity to help him I would have tried because he only needed someone to talk about his problems and he needed someone who understood him
I think they didn't want any one to know he was struggling. I know who this was. I loved his music. This is sad. I would of kept the stuff from the fans because it wouldn't be right to say his info without asking. So yes then i would tell the fans so they know he didn't do it just to do it. He was a very nice person. I can't believe hes gone now. He will be missed very much. Yes i would so his fans could see more of him and so he could live a longer life. I mean his music was helpful to people.

I believe that he was famous and they wanted something kind of private in their lives and to be a normal family grieving for a loved one. I think that they were more mad at themselves that they didn't know what was going on and didn't know how to help. Yes depression is a very serious thing to have because you are so out of it that you really feel like you are in a dream and people can't always know what they are going to do.
Yes, I believe that everyone has potential and some just have a harder time seeing it than others. If I were one of his family members and I knew about this I would get him help immediatly. This is the worst situation that could happen and I would hope that nobody else would have to go through the pain.
I don't think they released the information right away because they were still trying to process the situaiton themselves and it would be a tough situaiton. I think I would have done the exact same thing if I was a family member. It takes time to get back to normal after a situation like this.
I think they just needed time to grieve and take in what just happened. It's completely understandable, but I think I would've gone ahead and announced the information as soon as I got it. I wouldn't want to keep the fans in suspense.
I think they waited because it is a big thing for them to get over before having the world know and probably try to get ahold of them. Yes, I would. Anybody in that situation needs help they should go through alone because bad things can happen to them like this one.
