Assault by cane???

An 84 year old man was arrested recentley for assault on an officer while he was being removed from a clinic for disorderly conduct.  He was apparently yelling at an office manager in the clinic when the police man got there.  The officer managed to remove him from the clinc where the elderly man proceeded to get louder, even whacking the officer in the stomach with his cane when he was warned that if he didn't quiet down he would be arrested.  The officer managed to handcuff him but the  man managed to get off another hit in the leg.  the officer suffered no lasting wounds from this altercation. some old men like to be left alone i guess. To bad for the officer though he was only trying to help and that is kind of funny. I bet that officer will be very careful in trying to help another old man, especially a man with a cane!!!

Haha I love stores about old people beating up other people with canes. When my grandma had one for her knee I called it her 'abuse stick' because I could totally see her hitting someone with it lol

its kinda sad a 84 year old man can harm a younger police officer!! but way to go the old man!!

hahahaha, when you have few weapons you make do with what you can. I think it's sad that the old man had to resort to this.
