In recent news $2 million worth of art and paintings from a South African museum in the capital was stolen. Later a police officer was given a tip that the stolen art work was hidden in a private cemetery. When he had arrived at the site he and other officers found 4 of the 5 paintings under a bench.
I think that is a terrible thing that someone would steal some art work just to leave it outside in the elements of nature.

thats weird that you would steal the art work and then leave it outside. i mean what good is that? not good at all!! like i dont understand! very very pointless. stupid robbers!!
That is just weird. At least they found it so they could put back on display for people to see.

It is "worth" nothing, they're paintings. If you tried to sell them, people would know it was you who stole them. So.... Yes, they lost priceless paintings. I am glad they got them back though!
at least they gave it back. but i personally dont like art and kind of think its a waste of time..

I don't get why someone would stea paintings, and then hide then in a cemetery. Why would you steal something and then take it to a cemetery, where you know people will find it.
Why would they take it just to leave it under a bench? That makes no sense. Anyways, hopefully they find the person who stole the paintings and congrats to the person who gave the police officer a tip!
Why would you steal the art and then hide it outside when it would be damaged by weather? There's no reason to ruin good art. At least hide it indoors so you aren't destroying it.
