An army veteran from Florida, Jerry Miller, doesn't understand the situation either, but The U.S. Veterans Administration has declared him dead four different times.
He says "To me, it’s stupid. I can’t die but one time. They have killed me four times."
Miller is a former drill sergeant and served in the army for 10 years. This all started in July of 2010 when the Veterans Administration sent a letter to his address expressing sympathy for his death and stating that as a dead man he wasn't eligible for the veteran benefits he was to get paid.
After letting the VA know his pay was restarted but it didn't stop there. The letters kept coming, stopping his benefits once again.
He said the most recent letter he had sent to him was requesting around $94,000 to be paid back that he sould not have recieved because he was dead.
Miller stated that he has no idea why he was declared dead in the first place.
Apparently being alive isn't proof enough that he isn't dead?

This is dumb, you would think they would notice that he died four times
That's, stupid he is clearly alive, and he fought and survived a war. Why shouldn't he get his pay? That's rediculous!
That's so funny. he should take it to court if this keeps going on.
Wow I would not be happy at all. Sue them!
Thats dumb they can see him but wont give him his money because a paper says hes dead.
