Gas prices in the United States are skyrocketing. The prices have been on a steady incline for a while now and are starting to become a problem for everyday Americans. The reason for these rising prices is from a rising demand and a shortage of supply. A report from the AAA in October concluded that the average price across the entire U.S. had reached the highest price since 2014. This is a great problem for the everyday working American that has to drive everyday.
On November 14 2021 the average gas prices across the United States had reached $3.41 a gallon. This means that the average person has to spend $50 to 125$ dollars depending on the size of their gas tank each time they fill up their vehicle. These prices do not only affect the person buying the petrol. They affect the business that rely heavily on people coming to their stores to buy their products. This has a negative effect on the economy because people go less places and spend less money on products.
On November 14 2021 the AAA concluded that the average diesel price across the nation had gone up to $3.65 per gallon. This means that the cost of trucking goes up along with commodity prices causing hyperinflation. This makes everything cost much more which is not good for businesses, everyday people that are buying commodities, and the economy. I think that something needs to be done about these prices to make them go down like getting more of our petroleum from the United States's own oil fields and not getting it out of the middle east. I think that that would make the prices go down dramatically.

I think the price of gas is really to high especally if you have to drive far distances for anything. Yes I think something should be done about it. Look for options that would lower our gas prices. They were affordable when Trump was president why can't Biden do anything about it.
I think that at the rate the gas prices are increasing they will get to a point where it will be out of the average americans budget. I think something should be done to fix this problem. I am not quite sure what can be done to fix it but maybe the emergency gas barrels can be used so there's more gas to lower the prices.
I think it is very bad that the gas prices are increasing by such a big margin $3 might not seem like a lot but if you have to fill a massive tank the price skyrockets. I also think there is no reason that Biden should have done it. I think they need to re open the pipeline.
I think that the rising of gas priced has been stupid because many people who dont have a lot of money and spend all of there money on gas. Something needs to be done about the insane gas prices. Because if something does not happen the price will just keep rising. I dont know what the U.S should do though maybe opening old pipelines.
I think gas prices need to drop for the satisfaction of the United States civilians. I believe that the government should do this by going back to trumps ideology and not obeying Bidens plans. I hope gas prices change soon because I hate paying so much just to drive my car to work or school.
I personally think that the rising of the gas prices has been ridicules becasue many low income americans cannot afford to spend that much on gas. This leads to them not getting gas and them not traveling. I think that something should be done about this as in the past few years our gas prices have been much lower than they are today.
I agree because the gas prices are getting to high for the average person to fill up at the pump and something needs to be done before the economy goes way down because people wont be driving as much and spending as much money. People cant afford these prices.

Gas prices are rediculous and I think they are way to high. Something definetly should be dealt with but first the other parts of the economy need to become better and i dont think that will happen when Joe is in office he has done a terrible job. Gas prices are too high and ned fixed.
