Are black people more likely to get arrested?

According to this study, they are up to EIGHT times more likely to get searched than other citizens. That's awful, not all black people committ crimes.

I thought we were done with all this racist stuff. Everyone should be treated equally. Especially when it comes to being arrested!

Yeah I hate how racism is still around. I feel like it's the older people that still have stereotypical beliefs about them though.

even though racial prejudices have gotten a lot better than they were, there are still and probably always will be people who are discriminatory against people of different skin colors. it is sad that people can't put those differences aside and treat people fairly, but you can't fix everyone..

well there's not a whole lot we can do about that.. but that's too bad. although it shouldn't matter if they were doing something illegal and got caught.
