North Korea has launched a nuke in September at the same site they've been using for the last 11 years. If North Korea launches another nuke at the site, it's quite possible that they could trigger a leak of Radioactive material. Since their 11 years of launching nukes there, a hollow space has appear that is between 60-100 meters long. The site is one of the only active nuclear testing site and is in the northeastern of North Korea in a mountainous area and is known as Punggye-ri test site. North Korea is also trying to send Satellites into space. The testing has also caused landslides.

I believe North Korea will launch another nuke and at the same site ignoring the possible results as they never listen. It depends on how strong the explosion and how strong the ground is above the hollow space. If the space is weak and so it the explosion, then it's very unlikely to happen, but not impossible. But if the explosion if strong then it's chances skyrocket and a leak will occur. I'm not sure, I haven't been able to find a source that has accurately gauged their launching ability, but I believe they could do so.

I don't know really. Korea doesn't seem to be taking the most logical course of action lately. I mean making threats to major countries doesn't seem all that rational.
Well obviously it has been stated that there is a possibility of the leak occurring and it is already weakened from previous explosions. so i would say that the possibility of an probability then a possibility.
Yes because history is always bound to repeat itself people can learn but they don't always change. When a high up figure of authority has a want they get what they want even if it is wrong. Yes anything is possible, I mean it's only a matter of time until humans destroy this earth completely while knowing what they are doing is wrong. Yes definitely we aren't the only intelligent country on this earth.
I guess that if they know that it could cause a leak of radioactive material, they won't do it again because they could put themselves in danger. And I thought that you just said that it could trigger one, so I guess that it's possible.
