Among Us Popularity

So, if you don't know somehow, the game Among Us which has been out for a few years now, recently got extremely popular.

Now the general premise of this game is that either 1, 2, or 3 people are not who they say they are, Impostors. And the crewmates have to finish their list of tasks or figure out who the fakes are. With the growing popularity of this the sequel to this was cancelled. The 3 developers on the among us team did this so they can keep working on Among us 1. I really think this was a good idea considering that this game blew up overnight. I do see many people demanding things added to it also with no patience and I feel they should get off the devs backs a little bit.

 

So what do you think of Among us?

Why do you think it got so popular?

I think the game got popular after someone found it and started sharing it with a bunch of other people. I personally don't play the game as I have tried and don't really understand it but from what I see and hear, it looks and sounds like a fun game to play with friends.

Personally, I love playing this game. I do not play it very often but it is very fun to play when I am with my friends and we are bored and have nothing else to do. I think the game just got popular by someone finding it and sharing it with a whole bunch of people.

I think Among us is a very fun game, and I play it when I am bored in study hall. I personally think quarantine might have got it so popular, just because you don't need to physically be with the people you are playing with, in order to play with them.

I think that Amoung Us is a very fun game. This game has alot of differnt ways that it can be play which I believe has helped in its popularity. I think the game started getting popular after someone with a large online following shared the game and people then learned how fun it is.

i think amoung us is a very fun game if you are the imposter if not its just boring.I only play it if im bored or doing nohting or just playing with freinds.Why its so popular beucase you and many freinds can play it for free and online with diffrent people and its fun to talk to your freinds over a game.

I think among us is a super fun game, especially to play with friends and family. It creates friendly competition between you and your friends and family and makes it a fun competition. I think among us got so popular because it can be played with a lot of people at once and you can join friends games too.

Among Us is a very fun game to play with your friends or family whenever you want. The confusing game brings chaus with your friends and it makes for a really really fun time. I believe it got so popular because people didn't recoginize the game at first because it wasn't as up to date as it is now. However, after revent updates the game has become a lot more fun to play.

I do agree that among us is fun but sometimes the confusion and chaos just brings people to get mad at each other especially if the other team wins by dumb luck or they were just voting without evidence which has happened to me many times.

I think that Among Us is a very fun game and I play it with a bunch of my friends during school and out of school. I think it got so popular because you can easily betray your friends and it always makes for a good time. Also big names on Youtube started to play it and after that the amount of people who play it sky rocketed.

I agree that among us is fun to play but I don't think that people just started playing it because big names were playing it. While that does happen there may be a bigger reason for it getting popular. I hope that because it is a social deduction game that Town of Salem will come back.
