Since the overthrow of dictator Moammar Gadhafi two years ago, Libyans are going to get some help from the U.S. military. the United States will train 5,000 to 7,000 troops as well as counter terrorism forces, so Libyans can stand for themselves against some militias running the country. The training is likely to take place in Europe. The U.S. thinks this can make an impact because just last Friday, 43 protesters were shot and killed and 100 wounded.Do you think this is a good idea to do? Or is it to risky training modern people to fend for themselves against heavily armed Militias.
