David and his 2 sons died over the weekend after getting lost hiking on a Missouri Trail. David and his 2 sons were pronounced dead on Sunday after being found by the county sheriff. They left behind his wife Sandy and 3 more kids.

that is soo sad. After going through everything he did with the war and then going on a simple hike and dying. Thats just terrible!
That is a sad deal, to bad they couldnt have found them sooner
aww this is very sad. i feel awful for they family. hiking can be fun but it really is a dangerous hobby.
That is awful. It would be so hard to loose them, especially if they were so young. I hope the rest of the family gets through this tough time together.
ahhh, this is so sad! his wife and their mother and siblings/children are in our prayers! that is devastating! but is there more to this story then jus they went on a hike? and never showed up again?
This is terrible but how could they get lost it sounds kind of weird but its sad that they died and it must be tough for the rest of the family.
This is one of those stories that makes you a little more grateful for everything in your life. Anything, bizarre or not, can happen at any moment and take the lives of innocent people from their life, future, and loved ones.
I hope their family can make it through the tough times. That's a terrible way to loose family members. Especially if they were your children and so young.
That is really sad. I mean it has to suck for the rest of the family. I guess you just have to move on.
