Accused gunman to enter plea in Colorado theater massacre

James Holmes who killed 12 people and wounded 58 people during "Batman: The Dark Knight Rises" in Aurora Colorado is now looking at the death penalty.

I think he deserves it, he has no right to go in and kill innocent people. All these people wanted to do was enjoy the new Batman movie and he ruined it and took their lives!

I wouldn't expect going to a random theater with a heavy set of weaponry to shoot people down and get away with it. He is getting what he deserves.

Glad he is getting punished for waht he did but i dont think they should ahve the death penalty. That is just the easy way out for him he should just have life in jail and have to suffer through and realize the wrong he commited and maybe he could turn his life around during that time and realize his mistakes. He did a very bad thing to innocent people.

i just understand how people can jus kill other people and severly hurt other people! i jus dont understand why someone would do that!! he took other people lives so of course he deserves to get his taken!!

I have mixed emotions on the death penalty. If you take a life you don't deserve to breathe my air, however I feel killing someone is just the easy way out. I rather them rot in jail, but so many tax dollars go towards taking care of criminals in jail. I'm very torn about the issue.

It's about time because he deserves to get sentenced for life because he ruined hundreds of peoples life's.

Good! This man is bad man, a very bad man. He should be looking at a death penalty.
