Beyond Meat, a restaurant that has put a whole new twist to the “veggie” burger, has developed a burger that is made of pea proteins. Although this may sound quite odd, this new burger tastes, looks, and grills almost exactly the same while also providing a healthier alternative to a regular hamburger. Employees agreed that the purpose of this menu item is to not only serve a delicious, new burger, but it allows those who want to change their diet by reducing the amount of meat they consume and have a similar alternative.
To make this, researchers have found what is so desirable in normal hamburgers and have then recreated these aspects. The plant based version has the exact same amount of protein as the animal burger but none of the unhealthy cholesterol. Eating this multiple days in a row would not affect the body in a negative way like the hamburger. Although the burger is not exactly like the animal version, researchers and developers will continue to make improvements and spread their invention.
Personally, I would love to try this new burger, and I think I would like it! I would like to see for myself what the differences and similarities are when comparing this to a normal hamburger. Although the only place this is available is Beyond Meat, I believe the plant based meats will start spreading throughout the world as a healthier alternative. In my opinion, I think it will take more than a couple of years to start booming, but I do believe it will become a popular menu and grocery store item in the future.

I would definitely be up for trying this new "veggie" burger, mostly because I would really like to see if it tastes just like a normal hamburger. Plus, who knows I might end up liking it. I also believe these new burgers and other foods like it could become very popular. I think this because everyone is always up for finding new and healthier alternatives to foods they enjoy.
1. I would try this new veggie burger, but I don't think I would like it. Meat is meant to be consumed by people. People have been eating meat since the dawn of civilization, and it is a good, healthy, natural source of many nutrients. Also, I don't believe that it will taste as good as real meat.
2. I disagree, because there are many people out there that share the same opinion as I do, that not eating meat is both unnatural and unhealthy. It is key in developing good muscle and bone growth, as well as tastes amazing!
Yes I would probably like to try it. I'm not sure I would probably like it so much, though. I would rather just eat a normal hamburger with meat rather than just veggies on it. I agree that they probably will start being a regular selection after many more years.
I agree, I think I would rather just have a normal hamburger than some new and scary concoction. Plus, since this restaurant is so far away, I wouldn't be able to try it for a while anyway.
I would love to try this, because I do not like to eat meat. I'm sure I would love it, as long as it wouldn't have the greasy texture. It's difficult to say, because this is a rural place in the United States; a lot of people eat meat here. Although, I have been finding more people who are a type of vegetarian/vegan diet. I hope someday the consumption of meats will become diminished greatly and we will have healthier individuals running this world.
As a person who doesn't eat beef I would love to try this. I’m not gonna like most veggie burgers are not worth trying and before I changed my diet a good burger was one of my favorite things in the world. So something close to a real burger that doesn’t have the negative side sound absolutely amazing to me. I’m not sure if it will and even if it does catch on who's to say that it won't simply wind up being some fad that winds up dying out.
I believe that veggie patties are a healthy alternative to the beef patty that a large amount of the population eats regularly. They could possibly reduce the rate of obesity and meat related diseases. If these patties are put into major use then we could look forward to a healthier society.
I believe if presented with the opportunity, that I would try the new veggie burger because I'm not really as much of a fan of meat as I used to be and don't really like regular hamburgers. I agree that the veggie burger will become popular if it mimics real meat hamburgers enough because I think lots of people would go for it just as a healthier option even if they aren't vegetarians.
I don't think that I would like to try this burger for a few reasons. One being that I would much rather eat meat over veggies. The second thing is that when I'm going out to eat I want to treat it kind of special and if I'm going to go and eat something that tries to be what its not, I just don't like that idea. The last thing is I don't eat hamburgers often enough to consume a unhealthy amount of meat, thus making the healthiness of the burger irreverent to me.
