9-12 Grade Scholarship Opportunity

This scholarship is available to any high school student. They have to record a speech to be eligible. The National Grand Prize is a $30,000 College scholarship. This year's topic is----- "Does America still have Hero's?" and the deadline is November 1st. See the attached PDF file for more specifics if interested.
