  • How could she just forget to do something so important, makes me wonder.

  • That's so sad. That women should most definitely get fired for not putting that call in the system. Although, I think she's probably going to feel responsible for the mothers death as well.

  • This shows that we need to take a better look at who we hire to work at places of this importance. This is what you do every day you come to work, how could you just leave out 3 steps of only about 6 steps you have to do? He didn't do half of what he needed to, and just like in school he failed.

  • This is so sad, epically for the boy. Every body makes mistakes we are all human. It is just that at her job mistakes can hurt a lot more people than just herself. This case proves it.

  • This is awful. It isn't a matter of who they hire, but remembering every detail. A single detail can ruin someone's life or make it better. In this case, forgetting to transfer the call was a deadly detail in the sense that someone lost their life, a child lost a parent, and a child was traumatized. Hopefully after this incident, the people will undergo more training when they hire someone just to be sure. These are just my thoughts though.

  • This is horrible. I mean seriously? Didn't put it in the system? You work at 911, That's your job, how can you just forget? this is so bad. I think this person should have gotten charged. I feel bad for the child.

  • This is awful. It makes you think twice about ever calling 911, that is probably the worst thing that could happen! I can't imagine how awful the 911 lady must feel, she pretty much ruined that five year olds life

  • That is kinda scary i would think to completely get rid of that person as a phone answer maybe put them at something else because i know i would like to be able to trust the other person a the other end of the phone.
