This 9 year old boy has agreed to testify against his mom and her boyfriend for allowing him access to the gun. The girl who was shot has been through 5 surguries and is still fighting for her life. The boys parents are said to be aressted when they return home from a nascar event.
I feel so sorry for the girl. I know what the boy did was wrong but his parents are idiots for letting him have access to the gun.
