78 Year Old Shoots Wife....Age? 21!!

A 78 year old man shot his 21 year old wife. Yes, you read this correct, the screen didn't go whack or the words jump around. He was 78 and she was 21. They met on an online dating site and his pictures looked much younger than he was in person and he went over to the Phillipeans to meet her and her family. The police got a call from a man saying he had shot his wife and he was going to shoot himself after setting the house on fire. First off, after meeting the man, why did you marry him, and second who would do something like that? I feel bad for the family and wonder what they thought about her marrying him in the first place. What are your thoughts? Would you ever let your daughter/son marry a person 57 years older than them? He could be her grandpa!! People these days!

this guy was probably insane!!! why would he do that?? hes a psycho.... same with the 21 year old wife why would she marry some one that is 57 years older???

I think it's really strange but it was her choice to marry him. But just because she married him, she didn't deserve to be killed for it.

This is crazy. Even if you are in love(if it wasnt money) there should be some thought about that age difference especially if you didn't know them that long. I feel so bad for the family adn what they're going through. Knowing that this crazy man their daughter supposedely loved killed her would be very overwhelming i bet.

That's quite the age difference.. kinda weird I gotta say! then he killed her? geesh my parents would probably never talk to me again for marrying someone that old. and it's just really weird!

That is a huge age difference and that was stupid that he shot her. I wonder if her family was concerned with her marrying a man a lot older than her.

maybe this man had some money and that is why he married her and he found out, but it still isn't right too kill her.

thats very weird. it makes you wonder why they would even hook up in the first place.
