Miley states that they were smoking sylvia.. not weed..

Sylvia isnt illegal in California... but it is supossed to be worse for your body...

Although I don't agree with smoking, Miley isn't a kid anymore and I think people just have a hard time getting a grasp on that. I do think, though, that Miley should think about those kids that still look up to her as their role model before breaking out and trying to prove how much of an adult she could be. She, and everyone else make mistakes, and with celebs...their mistakes just get made to be much worse then they usually are.

Miley's 18. She has the right to do what she wants. In California Salvia IS legal so she wasn't doing anything wrong. I think everyone just still wants to see her as that innocent little Disney star, but she's not. She's grown up, just like everybody else does. Everyone had to know she wasn't going to be Hannah Montana forever.

The only reason people are making a big deal about it is because she's on disney channel and all these little 8 year olds are looking up to her, but really how many 8 year olds would actually know what salvia even is?

I have read this acrticle before in People Magazine. I can't believe how far "miley" has gone down the hole. I think if anyone becomes a HUGE celebrity that they will make worse choices in their life.

Heard about this also.. and saw a picture on the news. She must have some pretty awesome friends for taking pictures of her and taking them to the public. I'm not surprised either.. I never though much of Miley Cyrus.

Well she's not exactly making the best role model of herself. But some people are just making a bigger deal out of this than it is, because if its legal i don't see why she would get introuble for doing it.
