At 2 A.M a Ford Expedition had a head-on collision with another vehicle killing 5 people. This happened on Interstate 275 in Tampa, Florida. The driver of the SUV could not be identified due to fire damage. The other vehicle also had burn damage, but the driver and passengers were identified. The police are investigating if drugs or alcohol had any effects of the crash.
What do You think was the cause of the crash?
Do you think drugs and alcohol had anything to do with it

Great job replying! Your topic, in my opinion, is difficult to really have interesting discussions about. Next quarter, try picking a topic that makes people think a bit more.
If I had to guess, there was probably drugs or alcohol involved, or phones. or distracted by some other device. It isn't to hard to hit a vehicle coming straight at you.
It is hard to say what the cause of the crash was one thing that is a bit strange is they crashed at 2:00 AM and not many cars are out at this time and for the amout of people in the car is strange so I would say drugs may have been involved probably but it is hard to say.
another possibility is that they fell asleep behind the wheel.
Alcohol was probably a major factor in this accident. Hopefully the can find out the real cause of this accident. The amount of people killed by drunk driving is so sad, people need to think a little before they let someone intoxicated behind the wheel.
Alcohol could have been one of the biggest reasons since it is the main cause of driving crashes in the US. That must have been a pretty hot fire to burn the victim so bad that they cant even be identified.
There is a good possibility there wasn't drugs or alcohol. Ive been down south in the middle of summer and I learned that they don't know how to drive. While I was there I saw about 20 accidents and people driving recklessly. It was really pathetic.
i think it has something to do with drugs or alcohol. how hard is it to stay on your own lane on a interstate.
If there was drugs involved, it probably had a lot to do with the crash.
I think it is possible that alcohol had a part in the crash but nothing for sure just from the time or toll of the crash
