Actresses Lori Loughlin, known for her role as Rebecca Donaldson from Full House, and Felicity Huffman, known for her role in Desperate Housewives, are among 44 people who are charged in a widespread college entrance exam cheating plot. The 44 people also include college profesors. The court documents were unsealed Tuesday. The scheme focused on getting students into elite colleges such as, "Georgetown University, Stanford University, UCLA, the University of San Diego, USC, University of Texas, Wake Forest, and Yale, according to federal prosecutors," as recruited athletes, regardless of their physical ability. They also helped potential students cheat on their tests to get into better colleges. The FBI Loughlin and Huffman "were charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services fraud". The representitives of both Loughlin and Huffman did not immediatly return requests for comments.
1. What do you think will happen to Loughlin and Huffman's careers because of the accusations.
I think their is pretty good proof that it did happen, so I think they will recieve a lot less acting opportunities in the future, and may be removed from anything they are playing a role in now.
2. Do you think that the students that cheated should be removed from the college?
It would really depend. I think it would be fair to remove them because they cheated, but maybe they are actually really good students. It would be a really hard decision.

It's hard to say what will happen to their carees because people will react to this differently. They might not recieve as many opportunities. But because they play key parts in their shows I don't believe they will be removed from those shows. I think they should have to take the test to get into that college to see if they should continue to go there.
Yeah, I agree. Especially Lori with her role in Fuller House. It would be really hard to tell, but I totally agree that different people are going to react differently. I think that they need to find more information on it and decide how much of a part they both had in this.
I think now that people are going to think of these actors different especially since there was a lot of proof that it happened so like when they go and try out for a part they may not have the chance they had before to get that part. I think they should because they cheated on a college test and nobody else has the oppurtunity to cheat so it's not fair to others.
I agree. Some producers may think differently of them and this may limit their opportunities. I also agree that it isn't fair for students to get in to a college for cheating when so many other students worked hard to get in to the college without cheating.
1. I think maybe people will be upset with them and that they might lose their jobs. I'm sure some of their celebraty friends will also question what they did as well.
2. Yes because they don't deserve it. I think if they were to go back and do things the right way to get in then they could stay. It would be unfair for them to keep the place they didn't deserve.
Yeah, I agree that a lot of people are going to be upset to hear that they would take part in something like this. I think a lot of producers will question hiring them, or they won't at all because of this. I also agree that students don't deserve to be in any college if they cheated.
1. i think their careers will definitely take a blow from this but all things considered their careers probably werent in the best shape to begin with
2.yes they tried to cheat their way into elite colleges and as such shouldnt be allowed to attend
Their careers will definitely be effected because of this. They are actually both very sucessful actresses and both have big parts in many TV shows and movies. I agree that students should be removed because it's a really big deal to cheat your way into something like an elite college.
I think Loughlin and Huffman's careers would definitely recieve a blow from the scam they were involced in, but I also believe that all of their hard work and reputations they forged before the scandal would not be completely forgotten.
