4 kids arrested for having a snowball fight?!?!?

since there are two sides to every story, i'll briefly go over both of them.

side one: four friends were having an innocent snowball fight when one of them accidently hit a man coming out of a nearby building. the man "flipped out" and called the police, placing charges on all of them for the "assault"

side two: a peaceful, off duty cop was walking down the street minding his own business when he was hit unexpectedly in the back with numerous snowballs. he continued walking, but then was called some "inappropriate names". calmly, he called for backup, and the four children were arrested.

i dont know which one you believe, but they both seem pretty out there

OKay that's just wow. A cop shouldn't a gun on kids for having snowballs. I think that they all should just drop the whole thing.

that is very dumb i don't really beleive either side but no matter what happened don't think kids should be arrested for having a snowball fight and hitting someone I think whoever got hit should become a man and act mature and not arrest him.
