In Haiti just before dawn on Sunday, 38 people were killed with 13 others injured after a bus plowed into a festival crowd. Authorities are calling this a hit and run incident. The bus was owned by the transportation company Blue Sky Logistics, which was carrying people from the northern Haitian city of Cap Haitian to the nation's capital. The bus encountered streets crowded with revelers celebrating Rara, a popular festive season in Haiti that stretches from Mardi Grass until Easter Sunday. Just outside the city of Gonaives, the bus hit two pedestrians. The bus than continued on for several miles before hitting a Rara band playing music in the middle of the road. The bus diver than again plowed into a second and third band. The driver than fled the scene on foot.

I feel like he either has some hatred to these bands or he has a mental physiological disorder or he was under the influence. Even so I don't understand why he would do that. I don't think it was a terrorist attack because I feel like they usually do mass killing. I hope they find this guy if they haven't already. Haiti's been through enough I hope they get justice.
I believe that he has a mental disorder. But it still seems like he would stop after the first time. I feel like this is a terrorist attack because he did kill a lot of people and the fact that he just kept going and going. NO matter what hes reason were or if this was a terrorist attack than this was still a bad idea.
He probably wanted to do as much damage as possible so he chose a big vehicle and the right day. Yes, from the description and the looks of it, this was a terrorist attack. The driver tried as hard as he could to harm as many people as he could. That's terrorism.

And the fact that he seems like he would stop after he hit the first people but no he just kept going.
He likely had intent of killing many people. Possibly, but I think it was more a man with a wrong mental state.
I agree with you he probably wanted to kill people. No matter what his reason were for doing this all he wanted to do was kill him. This man probably did have something wrong with his mental state too. Nobody will the right mind set would do this to so many people.
The bus driver was obviously trying to hurt the people in some way. If he didn't want to hurt them then he would have stopped. Who knows why he would want to do something like this. Maybe revenge or maybe he was something mentally wrong with him. I do not think it was a terrorist attack. I just think that the driver was going through something personally and was taking out his anger on the pedestrians.

Now a days terrorist attacks just want to kill people. It is really terrible that people do stuff like this and want to hurt people no matter what reason its so bad.
If he wanted to hurt as many people as possible, then wouldn't this be a terrorist act? He probably wanted to hurt a lot of people but I would guess that he some other intentions too. There is probably like a whole story behind why he did this.
