320lb EX-NFL QB breaks his leg

Eli Manning's back up in the 2007 Super Bowl in on the fast track to a stroke. This 320lb QB for the Highland Heights River Monsters in Kentucky broke his leg in the beginning of the second quarter. Jared Lorenzen was helped off the field by 7 trainers and taken to a near by hospital where they said he broke his tibia. What to you think of a 320lb QB? Do you think he is a scrambler or a pocket passer? Read more here http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2014/02/09/jared-lorenzen-quarterback-320-pounds-ankle/5344059/

  • I don't know much about football but he's even though he has thick muscles and bones he still is going to be in extreme pain. Hopefully the doctors help him through the pain and he will be playing just as good as he did before.

  • Perhaps a bit brief in the summary(which I thought your previous post was as well). I would also say that the story itself does not lead to a lot of interesting discussion.

  • good for him. well not the broken leg part. but definatly a passer. i wouldnt want to be in front of him if he was going for a qb sneak (not that he would be sneaky) but im glad for him!

  • I thought quarter backs are supposed to be slimmer.

  • I think that hes definitely not a scrambler. That's for sure. But i do think that it wouldn't hurt to have a huge physical quarter back to plow through a defensive line like a fullback every once in a while

    • Yea I agree I think having a QB that big would be awesome

  • I think this is awesome he is a big guy and I bet if he got some momentum he would run some people over
