Three years ago, a monkey attack victim had her face "taken off" by a monkey. She underwent a 20 hour surgery to have a face transplant, six months ago. She was left blind and no feeling in her hands due to the attack. I think the doctors did a great job on making a new face for her! Im sure she is greatful! Thats soo sad! thats terrible! How the heck does a monkey take off your face!!?? I feel bad for her, but atleast she can feel better about having a better looking face.
i watched a thing on tv about this and it showed how her life was before and after. They had an iterview with her and everything. i think the doctors did a good job!
I think I remember hearing about this happening. That would be soooooo terrible:( I would never want to go out in public againn just because I know people would stare. Little kids would probably point and ask mommy what happened to my face. That's really sad. I'm glad they were able to do a face transplant. I didn't even know they could do that.
