3 year old Josephine Mia Bulubenchi died Sunday evening at the Kentucky Childern's Hospital. Early Saturday morning Josephine's father heard her screaming over the baby monitor, he walked in her room and he saw his brother-in-law slit his daughters throat then he cut her father, there were 4 other childern in the room when the uncle did this. Sheriff Jim Guffey said that this killing was the most horrendous crime he had seen in 15 years. It is unclear what provoked this attack but investigators do not believe the uncle was under the influence of drugs.
What punishment do you think he should have and why?
I think his punishment should be capital punishment because he killed his 3 year old niece for no reason.
Do you think he was going to kill everyone else in the house?
I think he was planning on killing everyone else becasue they made him mad in some way until he got caught.

I think that he most likely was going to kill everyone in the house because he killed this little girl and then attacked her dad. He obviously was holding a grudge against the family and decided to react. I think there also might be a chance that the uncle is mentally ill.
i agree with the fact that you may think the uncle could have been mentally ill. If that were so and i knew he were ever having thougth about something like this i would never leave him alone with my family or kids.
I think his punishment should be life imprisonment because he deserves to be away from society forever but I don't necessarily believe the death penalty is good for the family of the victim or the government. I also don't think the death penalty changes criminals minds.

I think that the guy should have life in prison at the very least. I think that killing your niece for no reason is just awful. I think that he probably would've, if he killed one there is no telling what else he had planned.
I agree. I think the least that should happen to him should be life in prison. Killing your own niece or ANYONE in general for no reason at all is horrible. I agree it is hard to tell if he would have continued we have every reason to believe he would.
I agree that this man should face a harsh punishment for killing a person let alone an innocent little girl who was his own niece. That is just cruel and disgusting to imagine happening to your own family.
I think he should have life in prison because sitting in jail for the rest of his life would be worse than dying from the death penalty. I think he was probably going to kill the other four children in the room, because why would he just be targeting the little 3 year old girl?
I agree that he should have life in prison or he should be sentences to death. The facted that he killed a 3 year old girl for NO REASON with 4 other children in the room. .
I also think that life in prison is worse than being sentenced to die from the death penalty. If you are killed with the death penalty, you won't die immediately because it takes several years to get it in order to even be executed and that doesn't even mean you won't just die in prison before they kill you.
