I heard about this and its crazy! Wasnt there more people with out power at first? Even if it wasnt thats still a ot of people without power. 13 people dead becasue of the snow storm? Crazy! And out of nowwhere. freakky

wow that is scary. It must of came out of now were to claim 13 lives unless they were just trapped and didnt know what to do.
