12 year old Drayke, after attempting to take his own life, had unfortunately passed away last week. His parents were beside him in his final moments and found the reason behind the loss of their son... bullying. Exactly why he was bullied hasn't been released, but if this isn's a sign that bullying in the modern age is a huge issue, then people are blind to the real world. 20% of kids 12-18 years old are bullied in school within the last 12 months, and 46% of those kids actaully reported it to someone of higher power.
Bullying should be no joke, and the result of it meaning a kid's life should be taken VERY seriously. #doitfordrayke

I feel really bad for the family of Drayke. Schools can try to enforce rules more as an attempt to reduce bullying. I don't think that there is a possible way to eliminate bullying. I have not been bullied on or off schools, and I consider myself lucky.
I feel like bullying is something that happens a lot and teachers aren't paying attention even though they have presentation about bullying it does not mean it is going to be fixed just like that. I think it is horrible that people are taking their own life because of something that can be prevented.
I feel reaaly bad for his family and if I was them I would be very upset. Schools should keep alittle more of an eye out for those kids that are the buliles. If a kids comes to a teacher or somone higher up, then something should be done about the situation right away. When I lived in Texas, I was a victim of being bullied because I had "a big nose" and I have just learned over the years to love myself and learned not to care what other people think of me.
Bullying happens all the time. Prejudice is very common throughout the world and esspecially schools where there is no escape for students being harrased. There are many instances such as this one where students have no other choice but to run from life to escape all the pain they feel from others' hurtful words.
I think schools all over the world should talk about bullying and find a way to prevent it. Bullying needs to stop because so many kids go through it everyday so many kids miss school and even worse take their own life. I have been bullied at school and out of school its not fun to go through and it brought my mental health down.
I think that no matter what schools do there will also be some kink of bullying, may it be verbal, online, or physical. Schools try all sorts of different kinds of clubs and activities but no matter how hard they try bullying alwasys finds a way.
I think that is sad, he was just 12 years old. But I think allot of people do this to themselves because they get bullied in school or because of other reasons. We should take bullying seriously. I have never been bullied here.
I think that there is a lot of people dying like this it isn't just drayke, but it is horrible to have this happen to you and your family. I think that to prevent this from this happening is notice who is getting hurt or who is quiet and try to help them. And I do think that teachers and adults should take this more seriously because there was multiple times were I have seen bullying and they tell someone and they don't do a lot about it. I haven't been bullied.
Bullying is no joke in most cases, sometimes it can go too far and this might be the outcome. Some people might think at first they are just poking fun and not bullying, but thats not always the case. Thankfully I have not been bullied but I know that its a really bad things.
