12 year Old May Face Life in Prison

I don't think that he should go to jail for life since he is 12 and he looks like a good kid.  He still needs to be punished though.

I think he should be punished but in a less sevier way, becuase he really has not had the chance to be a kid. I just think is too young to face life in prison.

This kid needs some serious help. There is nothing that anyone can do to justify the actions of that boy. I say get him some mental help and see where it leadcs form there.

well, I guess they must have evidence that show that jordan did it and that's really sad. The father has lost his whole family, I think the kid shouldn't be tried as a adult because his isn't done growing and that means he's brain is still growing too and he can get help but he shouldn't get his whole life taken from him.

I don't think that someone that young should get a life sentence, he can still learn from this situation.

Yeah, I really don't think a 12 year old should be tried as an adult. He doesn't have the ability to even think like an adult.. I'm thinkin he should maybe just have to go to juvy for awhile. Not until he's eighteen though.. Maybe sixteen.

That is so sad! I think that the kid needs to know what he did was wrong and erve some punishment, but life in prison! I don't think that that is the best decison..
