When you talk about video games we usually hear that they are a bad influence. Some will say that video games make us more violent. The games they are talking about are shooter games and action games. Games in those genres are pretty heavy on killing and gore. Although these types of games are pretty violent we will find if these games are making us more violent.
Video games have been linked to making us more violent. Some scientists say violent video games are health threats such as smoking and intelligence defects. Violent games can increase the amount of violent thoughts that you have in a local setting. Violent video games are worse than violent movies or shows because they are interactive and cause you to be the aggressor.
Some research suggests that violent video makes people less violent, not more. Research suggests that people that play violent video games are less likely to be distracted by violent images. Any research that has said that violent games lead to violence haven’t been studied well over time. Researchers' bias is said to play a big role in this argument because they don’t like video games.
I think that video games do not cause violence because I really enjoy playing video games. Video games are also a really big part of social media and they are played everyday.

I dont think video games are making people more violent. but I don't play a lot of vision games so I don't know if there are any really bad video games out there. If there is it could be making some kids more violent.
In my opinion i would say it depends what type of video games, because theres some video games that are kinda violent and because of that i think it makes kids vilent aswell. say you lost a game some kids would just say "its okay i'll just play again" but some other kids get mad when they lose and that make them violent.
I personally feel that video games are eligible for making people more violent. I think it definitely depends on the person and what game you are playing. Many people tend to get very angry at a video game when something does not go their way.
I disagree becuase even if you do get angry at a game you probably won't go hit someone four days later because the game didn't go your way.
Personally I dont think that video games are making us more violent. Its been proven that studies show video games can actually be good for us. There is so much thinking and problem solving involved with playing a simple video game. I think playing the right kind of video games that your into can really be good for you and work your solving skills.

They can make people more violent only if they are playing a game. They are more aware in real life than the game. My favorite game I like to play is retro bowl.
I do not think that video games are making us more violent. Many studies show that video games can do a lot of good. Improving motor skills, the way you think, and problem-solving skills. My favorite game is God Of War Ragnorok because it teaches character development, LOTS of problem solving skills, and how though you may have done some upsetting things in your past, your future can be as bright as you want it to be.
I agree video games help with a ton of other stuff as you stated and can be good to play video games.
I think people can be violent in the moment of losing or dying in a game but that doesn't mean in the long run they are going to be more violent to people.
