The Tet is a holiday for US and was perfect time for the enemy to get prepared to fight'

The Vietnam stockpiled weapons for the Tet holiday and launch missiles on that day

Vietcong Fought us Men to Men instead of going out of the jungle, fighting then going right back

Anti-War

Why were people so against this war

   -Tet offensive

   -Pentagon Papers

-Injuring/Killing innocent people(My Lai Massacre)- Viet fighters wore everyday clothes so many people that were thought of to be Civs, but are not friendly they were fighters

-Supporting a bad government in South

-The power of the press-told many lies and printed very terrible pictures with wrong text

Nixon did not want to be the president to lose the first war so he bombed Lai and another country so they cannot supply the Vietcong

-National Guard was sent to a college because of protests and people trapped them on a football field and threw stuff at them until one fired and eventually they killed 5-6 students

 Nixon and Vietnam-

Called for Peace in the war with Honor
