Thursday November 20th, a groundhog in New Hampshire, attacked Gary Mcgrath in his own backyard. The groundhog had gone after and tried to attack him three times. After trying to get into Gary's home the groundhog had gone next door and chased the neighbors sheep dog around the yard, also tried to get into that house as well. They had called animal control and they got the animal under control.
In my opinion it would be scary to have a groundhog chase me around and try to get into my home.
If this groundhog was doing the same thing to you what would you do and why?

I would try to protect myself obviously, but if I couldn't take care of the groundhog myself i would call 911 or animal control. It is pretty weird that the groundhog attacked him, so it must of been provoked in some way.
I have never heard of a groundhog attacking someone. The only time you ever really hear of any groundhog is on groundhogs day. I wouldnt know what to do other than run. I'm not completely sure of the damage they could do to a person other than biting them.
The worst thing they could do is probably kill you but since its not a huge animal you should probably get away pretty fast.
If it was attacking me I would probably just shoot it.
i would be laughing because it would be funny getting chased after a groundhog thats my opinion
I'd probably hit it with a bat or something. If not kill it then I would relocate it to somewhere else. It would be pretty freaky to have a groundhog chase you. The groundhog probably had rabies or something.
I would probably scream really loud, throw something hard at it, sprint to my house, and slam the door so it couldn't get in...
If it was chasing me then I would run. If it tried attacking me I would hit it with something.
if it was attacking me right then and there I would have pry kicked it or something and then I would have called animal patrol
