Last Monday, a turtle came flying into a Florida woman's windshield as she was driving down a local interstate. "So this happened today!" said the woman when she took photos of the turtle and the windshield. A car in front of the woman's car ran the turtle over causing it to be thrown airborne. The windshield shattered causing Bjanes, the woman, to be treated for minor cuts. She said she was traveling at 75 miles and saw some debris, but she couldn't see the turtle until it was in her car. Don't worry, the turtle is okay, and so is the woman.
Questions:
1. If this happened to you, would you look back on this day and laugh about it? Why or why not?
2. How do you think the woman's reaction would've been like if it were a skunk?
My thoughts: I would definitely look back on this day and laugh about it. Why? because a turtle went through my windshield. A turtle. It's not everyday you see something like this happen. I think she would've gotten out of the car as fast as possible and would not have taken the time to take a picture of the skunk.

I think this story is quite humorous but it's unfortunate that the woman's windshield was damaged. I don't think the woman would have thought it was as funny if it was a skunk.
Yes it is funny and scary that this it was such a fluke. I think she would've ran out of the car.

I would probably laugh about it because it is pretty funny that a turtle, of all animals, jumped off the road into your windsheild. That doesn't happen really ever so why not laugh about it. You got hit by a turtle.
If it would have been a skunk, I don't think she would have stayed near the car. It would be awful it it were a skunk because it would stink and probably splatter all over.
Yes it is very funny. It's not like you see this happening every day. Just about this one time will I ever hear about this, maybe.
I would look back and laugh at how dumb that was because it doesn't happen that often. If it was a skunk that would suck everything would stink forever.

I don't think it would be thrown airborne if it was a skunk, but if it did manage to, I don't think it would get in your windshield. If it somehow managed both of those, I would freak out. I would probably slam on my brakes and run out of my car. I don't think it would be the smartest thing to do, but I would not want to be around its smell.
Yeah that's true. I just couldn't think of another question so that's what I put. But if it was a skunk, it would be so terrible.
I definitely think I would laugh about this. This sounds crazy and I think having a turtle thrown airborne and then into your car would be so funny, as long as nothing terrible happened like it obscured her vision and she wrecked and killed herself.
