15 year old Elizabeth Thomas was kidnapped by her high school teacher in Tennessee. The father of the girl knows the teacher is armed and inferred the teacher showed signs of mental illness. Very little evidence has showed up after the past week and the police have some clues where he could be but little. The teacher most likely took the girl to rural area where very little people would be. The office of the school had received phone calls from the teacher but gives little evidence where he could be now.

I believe that the teacher did this for either sexual reasons or the student and the teacher did not have a good relationship. I think if the teacher maybe pulled up google maps on his school computer or phone which could have the locations where he took her.

I think that the teacher took her for sexual reasons. If it was just mental then he could of taken a boy kid but he took a girl instead makes me think that its for sex. I don't think that there would be any clues that stand out. They will have to wait till he calls and try to track the phone call like they do in the movies.
I think the teacher was mentally sick or did this for a sexual reason. I don't think finding her will be easy, the teacher could be using his school computer and it could be located. Also Elizabeth could have some kind of tracking possibly if she has a cell phone on her.

I think he could have used his phone or his computer to track the student down. The school and police should look into his search history of his phone and computer.

This seems really odd. Maybe the teacher did this out of insanity or possibly had bad history with the student. Checking the teacher's credit card and recent history could definitely help to find a location of the two.
I'm not sure. People do crazy stuff like this all the time for multiple reasons. I agree that it could be for sexual reasons or it could be because they are in a relationship. I think a good way to find him would be to have a tracker when the teacher calls the office or maybe they could see the teachers phone and the home to see if there is a clue. I hope they find the student.
Im not exactly why the teacher would do this, maybe it is a cry for help in some way. If he has some mental illness, that could also be a factor. Im not really sure, im not a professional investigator so I wouldn't have any idea what to do.
The teacher probably wanted a raise and his best way was to kidnap a kid to make the staff notice him. The mental illness was clearly a factor no doubt about it! I would take this guy to jail right away and maybe even the death penalty depending on if he rapped her or not.
I think the teacher is probably crazy and needs help. This could of happened for sexual reasons or the teacher didn't like the student. If the student or teacher has a smartphone it should be easy to track them down.
