The shooting at the Equinox Fitness Club at the upscale shops at Merrick Park mall in Coral Gables occurred after an argument between Wilson, the former employee, and the general manager.
Wilson was fired from the club and escorted off the property. He later returned with a handgun, killing the former employee and the fitness manager. Another victim was critically wounded. After all this,then Wilson killed himself!

I think the reason Wilson killed them is that they did not treat him good, or has enmity with them and caused him to get angry to commit murder, If I were one of the victim, I would have tried to reconcile with him and also taking an action of contacting the cops.

He was probably angered for being fired. Anything could've triggered it. If he was mentally unstable then that could've been a big factor too. Some ways you could stop this is to talk to the shooter and see if he's ok either that or defend yourself and try to take the gun without harming anyone.
Yes, I believed that if they found a good way then things would have turned out good but I guess they accepted their fate.
I think that he probably killed them because he was not treated well. He was so mad about this that he probably thought that if you aren't going to treat me well then I won't treat you well, so he then murdered them. If I was a victim I would try to calm him down and talk to him. I would talk to him about why he was upset and if there was anything else that he could do to make a point, instead of killing them.
I do not know how I would try and prevent it, I would probably be scared and try to reason with Wilson before things got out of hand like they did here. I would also have called the cops to ensure everyone's safety.
I think WIlson was angry about the employment at the club and made a quick decision without thinking that was heavily caused by his emotions to kill a former employee, manager, and then himself.
As a victim, I would have tried to reason with him to one, not hurt anyone and two, not hurt himself. And then if that was not an option I would have tried to contact emergency forces and take care of the issue myself as quickly and safely as possible.

I think that Wilson was unhappy with his employment at the club and decided to make an irrational decision and kill his former employees and then himself. There is no telling if Wilson has any type of mental disorders but that could have caused something.
I agree with you, and yes good point that you stated earlier that there is no telling if he had mental disorders, I think the police officers should investigate about this!
