The shooting at the Equinox Fitness Club at the upscale shops at Merrick Park mall in Coral Gables occurred after an argument between Wilson, the former employee, and the general manager.
Wilson was fired from the club and escorted off the property. He later returned with a handgun, killing the former employee and the fitness manager. Another victim was critically wounded. After all this,then Wilson killed himself!

I think the reason Wilson killed them is that they did not treat him good, or has enmity with them and caused him to get angry to commit murder, If I were one of the victim, I would have tried to reconcile with him and also taking an action of contacting the cops.

Well he was just mad and in a state of rage cause he was fired, shooting some people isn't a way to handle that. By having a gun on me like I would, I think everybody should for this exact reason
The reason Wilson came back and shot them was probably rage and to get back at them. He must have been furious about losing his job. I would try to get the situation safe in a way that nobody gets hurt. Maybe I would try to talk to him. I would at least call the cops. I don't think that there is a lot I could do in that situation to prevent it.
I agree too that he was so mad and went back to kill them and yes, to prevent it would have been difficult but if they tried then maybe they would have been saved.
I think he was just really angry because of how the workers there treated him so he decided to go too far and shoot them. I would have tried to calm him down after the argument and say some nice words so he doesn't stay mad at the workers.
Good point that they should have tried to say good words to make him to lose his anger, but I guess they accepted their fate.
I think the reason was is that he was very upset and he most likely didn't get treated good at the job he worked at but that should not give you the right to go kill someone. If I was the victim I would try to call the police to try to get help as fast as I can.
I think Wilson killed them because he was clearly upset, not that justifies his actions. He most likely wasn't treated well at his job and was extremely angered by the fact he got fired. If I were a victim I would either try and defend myself and get the gun away from him or try and reason with him.
I think that the reason Wilson killed himself was so he didnt have to deal with the Police and the time of going through jail. If I was among the victms there would not be much i could do as he over reacted by what he did. If I was in his shoes I wouldnt be doing anything to get fired but thats just me.
well, I agree with you that he killed himself because he didn't want to face the murder consequences and also I think he was scared to run away .
