Japanese police had arrested 39 year old, farming suspect who had not been paying attention to the road and struck 2 older women playing the popular game Pokemon-Go. One of the two victims, in which was in her early 70s, had died from a spinal injury while the other had been hospitalized with severe injury. Police stated that the suspect had been distracted by this game.
This has been the first ever case of death in Japan from someone playing this game. There has been many other death cases that have resulted from playing this game also.

I used to play it but the game was so repetitive and once you played it once you played it 100 times. I think the reason so many deaths are occurring because people are spending to much time on their phone. Many people are so glued to their phones that they just walk out onto the streets in front of cars or people in cars aren't watching the road and risk more lives.
I don't I had it for like a day and I deleted it and I think it's kind of weird and hearing about it and all these kids playing it and the things that can happen with it I don't like it. I think its because they are always looking at there phone to find it and they don't have the time to stop and look up from there phones to see what's going on. Because when you are driving you have to pay attention to the rode and when you are playing this game things just pop up and you don't get your nose out of your phone.
I agree. I think people should think a little more and see what's going on instead of not paying attention to the road. I think this is very similar to texting and driving but a lot more distracting because it's a game.
I do not play Pokemon-Go, but I do have the app. I think that the game is kind of pointless so I don't get on it much at all. People are getting so distracted with their phones that they are not paying attention to their surroundings.. If you are looking on your phone while you are driving then obviously you can't see the road. So it is really distracting.
I don't not play the game, so I don't know why people find it so great. I think that there are so many deaths, because people are playing the game and not focusing on the road or where they are going. It's kind of like texting and driving. You know that you are not supposed to text and drive, but people do it anyway.
I agree that there is too many people dying and getting injured from this popular game. It is like texting and driving but only more distracting, I think.
I do not play Pokemon Go because all the people that made the game are just trying to cure obesity. You have to walk (or drive slow) to find pokemon and people are just so addicted to the game that they think it is possible to drive and play at the same time.
No I don't play it, so I don't know what the best part is. It results in deaths because some people just don't get that it's not worth risking your life and others lives just so you can play this game on your phone.
I do not play Pokemon-Go. I think it is a waste of time, I do not understand the point of the game. I also have never been a Pokemon fan so I had no interest in the game.
People are not paying attention when they are playing a game. Some people walk right into a busy street and get hit, just like what happened here. It also leads people to places that people should not go, but get dragged in because there is a "good Pokemon" there. This game is distracting to drivers because they could be playing the game while driving and hit someone, or hit someone who was playing and couldn't get stopped soon enough.
