Mats Andren is an ordinary guy, but with some extraordinary goals. He has decided to walk around the globe. In may of last year Mats left his home in Sweden and started walking to Sidney, Australia. Mats averages 20-30 miles a day. He carries all of his possessions in a small cart he calls his mule. Mats sold all of his possessions before starting his journey. Mats says he is not sure why he is doing this, or what he will do when he reaches his destination (back at Sidney), but he enjoys it all.
Personally I think this is crazy! If you want to see the world there are, in my opinion, much easier and more fun ways. Although, his way is much cheaper.
What is your opinion on this? Would you walk around the globe to see the worlds? If not, how would you?

I wouldn't want to do this. It could be dangerous and I wouldn't want to walk everyday
It also reminds me of Forrest Gump. This man probably got to a point in his life where he thought he has done it all so he wanted to try something new.
Yes maybe he thought there was not much else to do so why not?

I'm thinking that he must be in pretty good shape. I don't know if I would walk around the world because it would be nice to see things that you wouldn't see, but then I think I would miss my family too much if I did it. I think it would be cool just to like take a car around and like get out every once in a while and take a walk on like a trail or something that they got so at least you're not constantly sitting.
True, I am not sure if he has a family but he is bound to have some friends he must miss.
I think this guy is cool and that he is doing something and probaly will get in the genius world reecord book... No i would not walk around the globe i would drive
If this is his dream to walk the world then who cares good for him, I probably wouldnt do it but it isnt my dream so...Yeah
