Missing University of Virginia student Hannah Graham was last seen September 13th in Charlottesville, Virginia. After over a month searching for Hannah authorities have found human remains last Saturday eight miles from where she was last seen. Who the human remains are is yet to be determined.  She was last seen at Tempo Bar at around 2 a.m. on September 13th as well as a man following her who was later identified as Jesse Matthew, 32 . Jesse was taken into custody on September 24th in Galveston, Texas. He has also been linked by forensic evidence to the case of Morgan Harrington, a 20-year-old Virginia Tech student who was last seen hitchhiking outside of Charlottesville in October 2009. Harrington's body was found on a farm that following January. So far Jesse Matthew has been charged with abduction with the intent to defile.

Do you think Jesse Matthew could linked to one or both of the cases and what do you think his penalty if he is involved should be?

  • It needs to be proven first but if he is the killer, then he has to be send  in jail.

  • i think he could be but there are many other people that could behind this. If he is than he is

  • He possibly could, he should get a life sentence.

  • If they get more evidence or he confesses to it. I think if he is the one who did it all he should be put on the death sentence.

  • Possibly.... he could be linked, if he caused either of these then he should get life in prison.
