The Government came to a stand still while trying to pass a new Short-Term Spending Bill. While the Republicans call it the "Schumer Shutdown" and the Democrats call it the "Trump Shutdown", and President Trump saying that "Our country could use a good shutdown". The Democrats say that they are refusing to pass the a Short-Term spending bill unless it contains something about protecting the ILLEGAL immagrants brought to our country as children. They will not pass the Bill even though it has nothing to do with our Immigration policy. If congress does not vote by friday night. The Government will go into an immedaite shut down. Reporters say the shut down could last up to 2 or 3 days which could harm our military.
I beleive that the democrats should pass the bill so that a shut down will not occur. I rather not harm our military throughout this shut down cause it could make our country as one look weak.
I also believe the democrats are try to "flex thier muscles" even though Republicans have majority vote in both houses. This could be very endangering to our country so we need to make a solution, and the only way to do that is to work as one.
I think we could help these a Illegal Immagrants but yet we can not be spending to much money for someone elses Illegal actions.

I think they should, because shutting down the governemnt could be good in some ways, but it's not alwaus good for the citizens. I think that they won't pass the bill becauae when the governement shuts down it gives them more time to find solutions. I think we should try to help them but instead of spending most of our money on them, we should put the money towards our own citizens.
Wow, where do I even start on this? For one why is illegal capitalized? It's not like they're terrorists and honestly most immigrants come here for a better life why would you want to take that away from people? Just because they came here and have not yet gotten a green card doesn't mean it's not been tried for. The line for green cards in this country is incredibly long. They aren't neccesarily portraying "illegal actions". No, I don't think they should pass the bill. Both parties are allowed to have opinions and they shouldn't have to just "pass the bill" because thats what the republican party wants. I do not think they are "flexing their muscles" either. If anything, thats what republicans have been doing for the past year after getting thier party voted into office. We should fund them. Our military will be fine. As I do support them, they get a lot of money and we currently are not in a war so some money going more towards citizens would be helpful. Also, trust me, our country doesn't look weak based on how your president tweets out. He'll definately talk the talk, so maybe with a shut down we'll see he if he can walk the walk.
I think the democrats should pass the bill only to keep the government from closing and so our military isn't harmed. I think that aren't passing the bill because they want to protect illegal immagrants that are brought into our country as children. I don't think that we should fund them. Though I do not think we should just kick them out of our country. It was their parents fault not theirs.
We should not kick them out of our country but on the flip side is that the most efficient way to do it? I do not no how many Illegal children there are but, I feel we have to bemneifit America first an spend as little money as posible.
they should pass the bill i see that deporting or not supporting the imigrents that didnt movie here illigaly but where rather brought allong when they were young enough that they didnt know what they were doing was wrong, those kids should be given the opportinity to earn they citicen ship. if they dont take that opportunity for citicen ship then ship them out.
I agree to helping them, but how much should we help them? Everything that we want to DO, we can't always do it because the lack of money, and that is how i feel about this topic.
1. I still don't know much about the bill so I really can't say. I'm not about pushing which side I'm for anyways.
2. The democrats I believe are more socialists and in this matter they focus on the people, even the illegals. I think if they want to protect the illegals that much, then have them become a citizen.
3.I think if immigrants are coming here for a change then they should provide for that change. I don't like the fact that our government has to take care of these people and do a step by step process when if these people want to be here that bad they sould make pervisions to be here.
I agree, if the democrats want to help on focusing on people, then they need to present steps to llegalizing the illegal immagrants, instead of not passing a bill forcing a shut down without any resolution brought to the table.
