How climate change works is that the sun emits heat onto the planet, some of that heat is absorbed into land and the clouds and ice reflects it and comes back out as heat. Some of that heat escapes back into space and some of it stays in our atmosphere. Which causes the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is what keeps all living things alive. Though there is another greenhouse gas that factories and transportation are emitting too much of, carbon dioxide. Since earth is warmer than its supposed to be causes the ice caps to melt. If there is no more ice to reflect the sun, earth will get warmer and the ocean will rise.
Ever since the industrial revolution there has been a 50% increase in carbon dioxide emissions. Humans are the main cause of climate change because of the factories and the buring of oil coal and gas.
In this graph it shows the greenhouse gas emmisions in 2020. Almost 80% is Carbon Dioxide.
Some of things you can do about climate change is to reduce your greenhouse gas emissions and reduce air pollution from your exhaust by carpooling with your friends more. If its a short distance you have to go, just walk or bike. Another way is saving energy at home, turning off lights and appliances that you are not using.
In my opinion I do think that humans are the main cause of climate change because of all the factories and transportation.

Yes I agree we are the main cause of climate change as we are cutting down the trees that are earths lungs. Also all the machinery we are using for safer cars for the enviromen, the lithum mines are destroing the earth, also we are moving that soil that was exposed to lithium which could get into our water sorce. Therefore poisioning our water scorces, which in return will cause our future generations to have birth defects along with unknown disiesbelongses. Might I also add that littering is, and increased the generations grow. They no longer are recycling, instead they choose to throw trash and such out car windows, instead of utilizing local gas station trash cans. The ground isnt where the trash belongs.
I personally do fully believe that humans are at fault for causing climate change. I do not believe that humans have treated our planet in a way that would protect it and helps its longevity. I would one hundred percent be willing to help save the environment because it is the only one we have.
In my opinion, I think, yes, us humans are the main cause of climate control. I think humans are not treating our beautiful planet with care. I don't think people are really thinking about the generations behind them. We need to start treating our planet more kindly for the generations ahead.
I think humans are the cause of climate change but, what can we do about it? And how are we going to stop it? I don't think we need to do anything about it. Everyone says "well Antarctica will melt". Test were done where they saw the temperatue of the ice from thousands of years ago and today. And the scientists said that the temperature rose 2 degrees. So I don't think people should worry about it.

I think that people are the main cause of climate change. I think that if our factories and other businesses would go to more sustainable energy, it would help in some ways. Our lifestyle now, with all the buildings and such, is hurting our planet and we should really all stop and think, is it worth it?
This is a great topic and thank you for writing about it. I think so, all of the carbon dioxide that we put in the air and continue to put in the air won't just go away. If we want to stop it we have to do something about it, but with ⅕ people actually trying to help, why are we doing anyway.
