Baby getting thrown down stairs by drunk father

39 year old William Lord, came home drunk and threw his 3 month old son down the stairs, The mother immediately took him to the hospital, where they found out that the child has skull fracture. Lord is being held in jail right now with charges on, assault to a person under 6 years of age and domestic violence terrorizing. Lords bail is 5,000 dollars and they are unclear if he has a lawyer or not yet. I think he should spend a very long time in jail. I dont really know what to say, he obviously is an idiot and needs to be punished

What would you do if your spouse came home and threw your baby down the stairs or did harm to any of your children? Would you bail him out?

  • Good story but you didn't reply to any comments. Also be sure to hyperlink correctly.

  • I would have reacted the same way because that should not be happening. I would definitely not bail him out, he should get what he deserves.

  • I would take my child to the hospital.  I would not bail my spouse out of jail.

  • I would take my child to the hospital first like she did and call the cops.  I wouldn't bail him out.  He deserves the time in jail for what he did.

  • I would take my child to the hospital immediately and call the cops. I would not bail him out because my child is not safe around him.

  • I would not bail them out. He should be there for a long time.

  • I would not bail him out. If you can't control your alcoholic then don't drink. That makes me really sad, it's not the babies fault.

  • I would have nothing to ever do with him. He would no longer see his child. I would make his life miserable.

  • What an idiot. Why would you intentionally do that to a baby. WOW! I would not bail him out. He deserves time in jail.

  • I know I wouldn't bail them out, it would teach them to stop drinking and wouldn't want it to happen again. After I knew my spouse was ready I would bail my spouse out as long as they promised never to drink as much again.
