During an internship a 17 years old teenager from high school discovered a new planet using NASA’s planet hunter satellite TESS. The planet equals with Saturn in size and it is 6.9 times larger than earth. Now it is named TOI 1338 b. The student says that he had three days of internship and he was researching a system called TOI 1338. At first, he thought that It was a stellar eclipse but after some time he figured out that it was a planet.

I would be shocked especially only have 3 days of expierence in the NASA internship but I would also feel good because it is very rare to discover a new planet. I would try and name it after someone that inspired me or someone that meant a lot to me because it would mean a lot for that person.

I would be very shocked as well. That is crazy that the teenager was able to discover a new planet, espically at such a young age. I dont know for sure what I would name the planet, there is a lot of different names you could give it. That would be a good idea of naming it after someone or something.
On my opinion people in young ages start to do stuff which adult do because of 21st age
I would feel proud for myself, i would feel like a scientist and better then nasa because even they couldnt find the newly discovered planet. I wouldnt know exactly what to name it because there are so many names taken around the galaxy.

I would feel very proud of myself if I were to discover a new planet. I would have no idea what to name the newly discovered , there is so many different names you could name it. I would need to get help from other people to try and come up with a name.
