92 Fostered Kids and Counting

When having conception issues and only being able to have two children, Jason and Jessica Neal (both 41 years old) decided fostering and adopting children was their thing to do. They started with foster care realizing they could make a big impact on kids, and they continued even if the kids needed placement not just a temporary home. With medical issues for some of the children and financial difficulties they still continue, keeping these to quotes from them in mind. "We are a team, we are a family, we all work together and we all are involved in this thing." (Jason) "It's constant chaos, and constant fun." (Jessica)

Together they now have two biological children, six adopted children and are waiting to get one still (4 of them are biological siblings), and have done foster care for ninety-two children. Jason works as a pastor and Jessica works in the reserve police force.

I think it is amazing what this couple is doing, especially because they continue to do it and love teaching kids how to make a difference in the world.

What is your opinion on this couple? Would you adopt or foster children to?

  • Well done!

  • I think they are doing the right thing. I probably wouldn't do the same as them though, they must have a high patience level.

  • I think the couple are amazing.  The world needs more people like them to create a loving good home for children.  I do not think I could do the same.  Raising children can be very trying along with rewarding.  I am not sure I would have the patience for a bunch of kids.

  • I think this is a very interesting story. It's a lot children to adopt for one family but if that's what they enjoy then I guess they should keep doing in.

  • This is a very cool story. I don't know if I would have the courage to adopt 92 kids, but I would give all my support to them. This is a very cool story and I think it would inspire people who aren't able to have kids.

  • i think that its good that they are doing this for these kids. i would might look into adopt or foster kids

  • I think they are doing great things to better some kids lives. I don't know if i would adopt but would try to donate money and try to make a difference.

  • What they are doing will leave a goo impact on these kids, and to other people that hear their story. They seem like they really care for their kids, because some people who take in foster kids only do it to receive money.

  • It is great that they are helping kids that need help, and yes I would adopt/foster home children because might aunt did it and she loved

  • I think that they are making a big impact in this world and making a big impact in these kids lives. I might adopt or foster a child if I decided I want to. Probably not as a first decision though.
